“Faith – Get in Shape – Lose the Weight” 4 week Jumpstart FitCamp

Let’s be honest. Ladies, my fit sisters in Christ, you do SO MUCH to take care of others and hardly have the time or energy to even think about taking care of yourself. By the end of the day you’re exhausted and you go to bed on empty just to wake up the next morning and do it all over again. Well, it’s time to take care of you! God has put you so deeply in my heart. And, He’s given me experience, a vision, a plan and a strategy to coach and help you out of that pit!

Let me ask: Do you struggle to lose weight and keep it off? Do you crave sweets, salty foods, and ’bad’ carbs? Do you lack energy and feel like crashing in the middle of the day? Are you addicted to caffeine to keep yourself going? ✅ Personalized calories and macros where I calculate your target goals and then show you how to use myfitnesspal to track

***The beginners workouts are incredibly valuable to develop a base of fitness and movement, improve mobility, increase circulation and make you feel amazing! You can do the workouts whenever they work for you. There is no set time.

***The experienced workouts are a bit more challenging but have modifications so you can take it at your level and grow with the program. Workouts can be done whenever they work for you.
