Basic Recipe:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, without carrageenan
1 cup organic greens (ex. spinach, romaine, kale)
1 cup organic frozen fruit (ex. berries, 1/4-1/2 banana)
1 Tbsp healthy fat, like raw nut butter or extra virgin coconut oil
